Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yoso Yes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Yoso Yes provides a two-sided marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors, along with vendor CRM tools including pipeline management, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and project management.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Vendors must complete verification before accessing premium features.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to provide accurate business information, maintain professional conduct, honor contracts created through the platform, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Refunds follow our cancellation policy. Platform transactions between couples and vendors are governed by their individual contracts.
6. Content, Conduct & Reviews
Users retain ownership of their content. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or upload anything that harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone; hate speech or content that demeans people for who they are; sexual or explicit content; violent content; spam, scams or fraud; or anything unlawful. This applies to messages, reviews, listings, portfolios, job postings, Photo Boxes, Film Boxes and every other part of Yoso Yes.
You can report any message, review, listing, posting or account from inside the app, and block anyone so they can no longer message you. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or permanently close the accounts responsible, and we may filter language automatically before it is posted.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to our data retention policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yoso Yes is a platform facilitating connections. We are not a party to vendor-couple agreements and do not guarantee service quality or outcomes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
